Goal: Learn how to make a successful Chiropractic office even more successful
5 Step Strategy to have your office run like a well oiled machine:
Evaluate your staff. Are you having a hard time retaining proficient and motivated staff members? Are you creating not just a job but a career and calling? Are you rewarding the behavior you want? If not why not?
Evaluate your new patient and follow up patient procedures and systems. Are they consistently done the same way every time? Do they promote referrals. Remember your best marketing tool is excellence. Know what makes you special by surveying your patient base then develop and market your brand.
Make your staff members the CEO of their jobs. Give them the tools they need to succeed and support them in taking initiatives to improve their roles. Be honest with them and let them know you are preparing for growth and will need their dedication and team work!
Have a strong referral system and yearly marketing plan in place that is done consistently without fail. Have fun with the marketing, this is not a dress rehearsal. Promote, Promote, Promote. Brand your practice as “Experienced Experts Who Truly Care That you Can Trust”
Learn goal and statistic tracking strategies and take weekly and monthly notes on your progress. “That which gets measured will grow”.
